A small studio, run by florists
We started with a van, a market pass and the belief that flowers should arrive looking like they did in the bucket that morning.
Every week we buy at New Covent Garden before the city wakes up. What we bring back decides what goes on the site: if the peonies aren't good, we don't sell peonies that week. It makes our range smaller than a national delivery brand's. It also makes it honest.
Bouquets are hand-tied to order in the studio on the day they go out. Nothing is made in advance and nothing travels in a box through a depot. Our own drivers carry them in water, in the van, to the door.
Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and the market has bad days. If a stem in the photo isn't up to standard, we swap it for something of equal or better value in the same palette. We never trade down.
