Where we deliver
We deliver to any address in the UK, including Northern Ireland. Enter your postcode at checkout and we'll confirm the zone and fee before you pay.

Delivery slots
- 9am – 1pm, Monday to Saturday
- 1pm – 5pm, Monday to Saturday
We need a day's notice so the flowers can be bought fresh for your order. On busy weeks (Valentine's, Mother's Day) slots fill early, so book ahead.
Collection
Collect free from the studio: 14 Palace Street London SW1E 5JA
- 10am – 1pm, Monday to Saturday
- 1pm – 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday
If no one is in
Our driver will try a neighbour or a safe place if you've told us one in the delivery instructions. Otherwise the flowers come back to the studio in water and we'll call you to arrange redelivery the next day.
