What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and billing details when you order (billing is handled by Square; we never see your card number).
• The recipient's name, address, phone number and your card message, so we can deliver.
• If you create an account: your saved addresses, favourites and marketing preference.
• Messages you send through the contact form.

Why

To fulfil your order, send order and delivery emails, answer your messages, and keep the records HMRC requires us to keep. We send marketing email only if you have opted in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie for your basket. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Square (payments and our till), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email) and our own delivery drivers. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. If you delete your account, your personal details are anonymised immediately; the order records remain without your name attached.

Your rights

You can download everything we hold about you and delete your account from the account pages, or by emailing hello@palacebotanica.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
