Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email quoting an order number. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. The delivery fee shown at checkout is the fee charged.
Delivery and collection
We deliver to any UK address at the zone fee shown on our delivery page, in the date and time slot chosen at checkout. Delivery is complete when the flowers are handed to the recipient, a person at the address, a neighbour, or left in a safe place you have specified. Collection orders must be collected in the chosen slot; uncollected flowers are held in water until close of the following day.
Substitutions
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. We may substitute individual stems or containers with items of equal or greater value in a similar style and colour palette.
Cancellations and refunds
Because fresh flowers are perishable and made to order, the 14-day cancellation right for distance sales does not apply once we have started preparing your order. See our refunds page for what we do instead.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the order.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
